What to expect from a garment trims manufacturer that owns its floor
Most trims suppliers describe themselves in adjectives — high quality, competitive price, on-time delivery. We publish figures instead, because a buyer can check a figure and cannot check an adjective. Knit elastic runs at 50,000 yards a day, jacquard at 25,000, woven at 20,000; herringbone and grosgrain tape share a combined 80,000; drawcord and drawstring share 60,000. A physical sample takes 4 working days from a confirmed spec, and bulk 10 days after you approve it.
Where no honest number exists we say so rather than invent one: button-hole elastic, gum tape, labels, badges, belts, buttons and thread are all quoted against your drawing. The same applies to certification. Part of the range holds STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate 2022OK1327 (AITEX, Product Class I, valid to 31 May 2027), and part of it does not — our certifications page lists both, product by product. You can check the certificate number yourself in the OEKO-TEX label check tool rather than take our word for it.
All of it comes off one 18,000 sq ft floor in Uttarkhan, Uttara, staffed by 165 people and running 24 hours shift-wise since 2014 — which is why a single purchase order can carry the waistband, the drawcord, the label and the thread that holds them on, with one set of lab reports and one delivery date.
